Student Health History
Every Newman student’s parent/guardian must complete the Student Health History form included in the Enrollment Packet. If students have food allergies Newman provides separate tables during lunch times for students with allergies to eat. If student’s health history changes during the school year, parents will need to submit in writing to the campus office any changes so that the student’s information can be update in Skyward and the campus nurse can be notified.
